This means all aspects of your property transaction can be tracked in real time, making your transaction smoother and less stressful.
We offer discounts to clients where we are handling more than one aspect of your property transaction. For combined property advisory and conveyancing services, your overall account will be discounted by 10%. For conveyancing and home loan services*, your conveyancing fee will be reduced by 15%, and if our group provides property advisory, conveyancing and finance your advisory and conveyancing fees are reduced by 20%.
