B&M Conveyancing also provides a range of other services relating to conveyancing.
These include

• Transfers between spouses including arranging for a discharge of your existing mortgage and, through B&M Loans & Finance, finance can also be arranged if required;
• Registration of documentation at the titles office which includes simple (no mortgage) transfers, registration of Mortgages or Mortgage Discharges, Caveats and Caveat Withdrawals and Probate and ASP registrations;
• Subdivisions from start to end including assisting with your initial steps in deciding if subdivision is an option through to final registration of plan of subdivision. We work with a number of local surveyors and can provide as much or as little support and guidance as you require to assist in making the process as straight forward as possible.

Most of our services can be complimented with services offered by B&M Loans & Finance, B&M Estate Agents and Forrest Legal. We are often asked by clients to work together on client files, each company providing its own expertise but often one main contact managing the overall progress of the file. This means all aspects of your property transaction can be tracked in real time, making your transaction smoother and less stressful.

We offer discounts to clients where we are handling more than one aspect of your property transaction. For combined property advisory and conveyancing services, your overall account will be discounted by 10%. For conveyancing and home loan services*, your conveyancing fee will be reduced by 15%, and if our group provides property advisory, conveyancing and finance your advisory and conveyancing fees are reduced by 20%.
